Virgil and the crazy bee or the other way around!
 what a sweetie.
The kids loved jumping and playing in the leaves outside the visitor centre.
Once again the girls Lacey and Juliette team up on stage at the Westmark.
Lacey's new baby sister Rosealee and proud mom Wendy.
The kids ready to call it a day after berry picking.
The kids and I picked 3 gallons of cranberries to xpresspost to my sister's place in Surrey. She held them in her freezer until i returned and we have been enjoying them all winter.
 A nice Cranberry patch.
 Just look at these beauties.
The kids had fun doing lessons this summer and at the end we went to the pool drain party. We didn't stay till it actually emptied.
Fairbanks State Fair, It was a little wet but the kids still had fun. Mary and Wayne flew in to spend the week with us in Beaver Creek.
Virgil did not seem amused by the helicopter ride.
Grandma Mary and Grandpa Wayne joining us at small lake for a crab and lobster cookout.
Our maiden voyage in the raft. Juliette liked it but Virgil wanted to get back on land.
Mariah and I with our bounty of blueberries after a delightful 3 hour pick.
Juliette is not far behind, she loves to pick and eat berries also.
Ball tournament weekend in Beaver creek. The kids had there own fun playing ball.
Check out this slugger! looks like he just slid into home plate to win the game.
Darren's Haines Jtn team took first place, way to go!
Riding the waterfront trolly in Whitehorse. Virgil woke up for the return ride.

There were plenty of tenters set up on the lawn protesting lack of low cost housing.

Now you see me..........

Now you don't!!!!!
Virgil playing trucks in front of Debbie's house.
Peek a Boo!!
What concentration, stirring. Juliette was a great help in the kitchen, she loves to cook and bake.

Just look at the precision leveling the spoon.

And voila, the final product. Our first lemon meringue pie! And it the trailer too, not bad.
Luckily only her nose went into the pie!

Keneesha came up to stay with us in the trailer for a couple of nights in Beaver Creek. Her and Trudy had a chance to meet in person. The kids were thrilled to see her.

We saw this sow grizz and her 2 cubs on the side of the road on our way back to Beaver Creek. There was no one around so we pulled over and watched them for a bit. She was not bothered but the little guys were a bit timid.
More wildlife on the highway, this dog belonged to one of the workers. It even has his own reflective vest!

After all the babysitting Debbie did for me this summer, the least i could do was get her grandkids out of the house for a couple hours. We piled in and went down to small lake to throw rocks in the water and look for minos.  L-R Taylor, Virgil, Cameron, Juliette and Cali.

Standing on a picnic table at small lake

Virgil and best buddy, cousin Mikey hanging out at the beaver Creek

We drove down to White River to escape all the rain in Beaver Creek. We found sunshine and had a marshmallow roast. Juliette didn't like them!
Virgil has become quite the independant over the summer. This was the norm. running through the big rain puddles.
